By joining Shukokai Karate Sutton Coldfield, members agree to the following:
- • Registration & Fees: All students must complete registration and keep contact details up to date. Fees are payable as agreed; missed classes are non-refundable but may be rescheduled where possible.
- • Conduct: Respect for instructors, fellow students, and the dojo environment is essential at all times.
- • Safety: Students must follow instructors’ guidance to ensure safe training. While every effort is made to minimize risk, participation is at the student’s own responsibility.
- • Club Policies: Class times, fees, and policies may occasionally change. Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.
- • Membership: The club reserves the right to suspend or cancel membership in cases of misconduct or failure to comply with these terms.
